How to identify more bullish or more bearish in a runnning candle

price moves open price upper side then more bullish = weak bearish.

price moves open price lower side then more bearish = weak bullish.

if you identify more bullish or more bearish in a runnning candle.
we have to think open price axis.
if price moves open price axis upper side then more bullish.
if price moves open price axis lower side then more bearish.
I mean open price higher or open price lower.
